Our Male/Female Broadband Absorbers are pieces of alternating-design acoustical foam, appropriate for rooms of any size. These have similar properties to the corner bass absorbers in terms of performance, and can be placed vertically or horizontally in rooms to help deaden a wide range of frequencies. Additionally, these can be cut in half and used as smaller corner absorbers. The Set of 4 includes 4 male pieces and 4 female pieces, giving you 4 interlocking absorber pairs.

ALL acoustical products (charcoal & colors) meet ASTM E84 Class A and California 117 flame retardant specifications. Generally, this means if you were to briefly expose our foam to a flame, the foam will self-extinguish.
We do not encourage anyone to try flame tests themselves. We don't want anyone getting hurt. Also, please check building codes before installing our acoustic foam, because different building codes apply to different locations.
